JRS only uses Lite; meter only, JRS + meter or JRS + Smart Lock uses Standard; meter + Smart Lock or all three uses Professional Pro. A lock-only setup is not offered. Confirm the service scope and activation for your plan.
Rental, scheduling and rent-payment services do not require a lock; confirm the features in your chosen service. Smart Lock provides the device connection for authorized appKEY handovers. Available workflows depend on devices and account activation.
Existing device contracts and new platform subscriptions are reviewed separately. Provide your contract and device setup so the team can confirm renewals, migration and any price difference.
