The government-funded taxi safe-driving data project focuses on driving-risk assessment and platform applications. A-263 JRS approval and installer authorization are separately documented by the Transport Department.
Payment and taximeter integration, connected to cloud services.
HT received government funding for a smart cloud taximeter system. TM-680 brings fare calculation and electronic payment into one product solution, connecting journeys, transactions and platform reconciliation. Payment methods depend on equipment and activation.
R&D objectives do not imply that every function is commercially available. Confirm delivery and service scope in your plan.

A device purchase does not include every service free for life. Features, service periods, usage and fees depend on devices, subscription and activation. Complimentary scheduling is limited to eligible subscribers or device purchasers.

Connect schedules, drivers and rental records, with enabled taximeter or lock integration to follow up handovers and access authorization.
Repeatedly matching rent, payments and arrears?
Use enabled rental and payment records to follow amounts due, received and awaiting checks, keeping passenger fares separate from vehicle rent.
An incident means chasing footage and people?
With JRS and platform services, find relevant records by vehicle, time and permission to support incident follow-up. Footage access depends on retention and usage limits.

Use the Owner App to view enabled vehicle activity and records and discuss them with your manager, without taking over every management task.
Costs or unusual activity are explained only verbally?
Use available rental and vehicle records and timelines to check payments and events with your operator. Passenger fares are not treated as owner income.
After buying a device, who helps when an issue arises?

The Transport Department states that legislation has been amended to require taxis to install approved JRS. Systems must cover cabin video and audio, front and rear views, and location data.
