Downloading or registration alone does not trigger the referral award. Each referred new owner counts once, even if they later both bind and buy. A purchase qualifies when the order completes through receipt of goods or service activation. The invitee receives no extra referral bonus, but keeps the normal 300 points and eligible device rewards.
Existing customers must complete ownership verification, with devices meeting campaign criteria and operating normally online. After launch, rewards are calculated per qualifying device:
Device rewards are additional to registration: 300 + an eligible lock = 800 points; 300 + an eligible taximeter or JRS = 1,300; all three devices earn 2,500 plus registration 300 = 2,800 points. Each device earns once under this campaign; rebinding does not repeat the award. Ownership, eligibility and normal connectivity must be verified.
Each campaign award is valid for 36 months from issue. Redemption amounts follow item and checkout rules.
Taximeter QR receipts and Driver App HT-POS card receipts: every accumulated HK$1,000 earns 2 points for the driver, 1 for the corresponding owner and 1 for the management company. A single payment need not reach HK$1,000.
Example: HK$10,000 in eligible receipts associated with the same owner and operator earns 20 / 10 / 10 points respectively. Other payment channels are not automatically included.
On eligible devices, products or services, the amount actually paid in cash may earn new points under the relevant rules. The points-redeemed portion does not earn duplicate rewards.
