Video comes from JRS, fare data from the meter and appKEY access from Smart Lock. A plan tier does not replace the required device.
Before subscribing, the team will specify applicable features, service scope and activation arrangements. The agreed plan and service terms govern availability.
Location and vehicle-use statistics require supported device data and the relevant service. Video requires JRS; meter fare and attendance records require TM-680; appKEY and anti-theft functions require Smart Lock and appropriate authorization.
Payment services require an enabled payment channel. Renewal approval, payment confirmation, access updates and device synchronisation are separate steps. Any arrears-related restriction requires verified capability and safe parking; restoration depends on confirmed payment, a valid lease and other applicable conditions.
Charged per vehicle per year. Confirm the plan, enabled features, service start date and renewal arrangements before subscribing.
JRS, TM-680, Smart Lock, accessories and installation are confirmed separately for the vehicle and its existing setup.
SIM / data, video retention and retrieval usage, payment processing fees and add-on services are itemised separately.
For existing customers, contract renewals and new platform subscriptions are confirmed separately. Mid-year upgrade charges and software-only arrangements require a separate quote.
